I've never heard of no-bake cookies, so I looked it up and I see what you're getting at... I guess you could toast some oatmeal in a skillet to start. Crumble up graham crackers in a bowl really fine (about half a box). Mix in chunky peanut butter, half a stick of butter, toasted oatmeal (about a cup), chocolate chips (half a bag), pinch of salt, some sugar (up to 2/ 3 of a cup), and a dash of vanilla (about a teaspoon). Your optimal dough should be like silly puddy. Add more graham crackers, peanut butter, or oatmeal (whichever you think is appropriate) to get that consistency. Form balls and roll in unsweatened coconut flakes. Chill and serve. Sorry to not be more precise, but I never use measurements when I cook.

4 ounces butter or margarine 1/ 2 cup milk 2 cups sugar 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter, optional 3 cups oats, quick or old-fashioned 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Place chocolate chips, peanut butter (if used), oats, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Combine the hot mixture with the oatmeal and chocolate chip mixture; stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. This is my favorite cookie recipe - EVER!

No bake chocolate cookies are one of my favorite cookies. Here is a recipe that my Mom passed down to me and they turn out wonderful every time! 2 c. sugar 1 stick butter 4 T. cocoa 1/ 2 c. milk 3 c. oatmeal 1/ 2 c. peanut butter 1 t. vanilla 1/ 2 c. coconut (optional) 1/ 2 c. raisins (optional) In a medium saucepan, add stick of butter and let it begin to melt. Add sugar, milk, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Once the mixture has boiled, remove from heat and add oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla. More peanut butter can be added if desired. If desired, add the raisins and coconut. Spoon mixture onto wax paper and let cool. Once cookies have set up, refrigerate in container.
