My Favorite: MRS. FIELD'S COOKIES 2 c. butter 2 c. sugar 2 c. brown sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. flour 5 c. oatmeal, ground in blender 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. soda 24 oz. chocolate chips 4 oz. grated Hershey bar Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, oatmeal, baking powder and soda. Stir in chips and Hershey bar. Bake 7-10 minutes at 375 degrees.

1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/ 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 1/ 2 cups flour 3 cups oatmeal 1 cup raisins (optional) Mix oil and sugars, add eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well (mixture will be very thick). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
